The support provided to the basketball program was a big selling point in Oppenheimer's decision to leave Kent State."I talked to their president and their athletic director and the support they are giving to Frank, the rest of the basketball staff and all of athletics in general is unbelievable."
"Kansas is split in half between Kansas and Kansas State, so that puts you in a situation where half the state is your fans," he said. "That's why they sell out every game. They are building a new practice facility and their arena is only eight or nine years old and they are already building luxury suites. They are doing everything they can to be contenders again."
their arena is only eight or nine years old
This is an opportunity to be in the Big 12, where year in and year out we can be one of the best teams in the country.
A. Your assistant coach doesn't even know how old your arena is.B. He thinks 1 year of selling all of your tickets and 70% of the people showing up equals selling out every game. Sorry but he is mistaken with Kansas.C. Half of Kansans aren't K-State fans, more like 40-60.D. He looks like a fairy.
um you guys live in kansas and dont realize the majority of its population lives in the east? and i know people from plainville, frankfurt, dodge, mcpherson, salina, atchison, formerly greensburg(horrible what happened), stockton, etc...
