When I was working on my flower bed yesterday I spotted the big ole garter snake (Prob about 18" long) next to me and hung out with him for a bit. I'm guessing its the same one I found under my mower last fall, we are pretty much best buds now.

I thought of sys and how happy he would be that someone saw a snake and didn't immediately smash it with a stick.

mocatbro has two snakes, Shiva and Peaches. they are both small pythons or something and they love to just chill on his shoulders/neck area, and wrap around his finger. i do not enjoy that. he has an old apartment with a radiator heater, which is amazing for snakes, because in one bedroom he just leaves a pot of water on top of it every day and it's basically a sauna in there.

i just confirmed they are not pythons. one is a colombian rainbow boa, and the other is a central american red tail boa
