Winter weather on the horizon and Christmas this weekend I'm sure the grocery store will be a ton of fun

I have a friend who manages a local grocery store. He confirmed that it was crazy yesterday due to the two factors you mention above. Big run on bread and milk.

If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Was one of my first thoughts going outside this morning to take son to dentist.
Also, see the farming and ranching thread.

Most of them unexpectedly died this past summer. They should be fine.

I’ve been heating my whole house with just my fireplace last night and today. It (fireplace) is the only really nice thing about my house and I love it so so much.

Gas?

we have one in basement and one upstairs. may try this out. is it cheaper, more expensive or similar cost wise?

heating your entire home with a fireplace?  I have a 2 sided one/see through  (gas) and it has no chance of heating my entire home when it is 10 degrees

It is cranked and I am in my office down the hall and I am cold.  I cannot imagine some of the remote bedrooms upstairs that aren't adjacent to the chimney stack.  My furnace hasn't stopped pushing for a day either.

high ceiling and lots of glass doesn't help either
