It's picked up a bit in KC, but not too much more than it was at around 8am, and we have maybe an inch down. It's going to have to pick up speed or we aren't going to hit the 8" by 5pm (when they said it would taper off).

Based on the current rate of snow, I am predicting 4" by 5pm in KC, who knows after that.

it's standard maintenance, they break when they need to be replaced. no incremental tax dollars were spent due to this break.
