« on: January 06, 2011, 10:08:56 AM »
Wow (!), is this rumor really starting to heat up.

Brace yourselves ladies and gentlemen, because things are getting very interesting between our Director of Athletics (name escapes me) and the 'old football coach from the north.

Can you say BCS bowl game appearances!?

It's a great day of the wek to be a KS Wildcat!

Set your dials!!!!

P.S.
Beat the pokes!

Jim Harbaugh interviewed with ISU but we hired Chizik again. Turns out we made the right choice. Chizik is in Title Game this year while Harbaugh is only in Orange Bowl.

I think your real problem is that ISU is such a shitty football school that even Gene rough ridin' Chizik couldn't win 3 games per year there.

I find it hilarious that ISU had such options, but KU got a bunch of "no's" then hired Gill.

And yet we still had a choice between Gene Chizik, Bryan Kelly, and Jim Harbaugh.

Harbaugh one-loss, BCS victory season with Stanford talent > Chizik in Title Game with Auburn talent.

Hey Havs, is KSU definitely your 2nd favorite Big 12 team?  If so, I would be willing to consider making ISU my 2nd favorite team in return.  In fact, I'm looking forward to it!   :excited:

Bad news for everyone following this thread and this incredible, exciting news:

None of this, it turns out, is even the slightest bit true.
