Josh has always been my favorite, too, but Chad's low self-esteem and OCD made for great TV. Will def miss him.

new josh is kind of a phony, but is the type that you know is kind of a phony and so it doesn't really bother you.  like his bravado.  monogrammed cuff is really tacky.

First episode was pretty tame, but the new guy has some potential to be a complete bad person, so that's a positive. Episode 2 looks intriguing.

Bring back Chad, and kick Madison off the show. Madison is so 

The new dude, Josh is pretty good in my opionion. Lots of energy and fire in the dude.
