Puking usually makes me feel better. When i feel like crap, i try to force myself to. The only exception would be food poisoning. You are just SOL there.

Love puking when I'm sick - I feel like a million bucks following said toilet hug. This is followed by some pretty high quality DEEP sleep. I am a quiet hurler though, just sounds like someone is dumping a bucket of water into the shitter.

I really, really hate the way my teeth feel right after puking. Brushing does not make it go away.

Love puking. Can't answer your question as to why some are loud and some are quiet, I'm definitely in between. Usually the loudest noise is me tying to hawk up the stuff that's stuck in my throat.
