One of the main problems with Ron is the same problem that Bill has/had. When they started imposing ridiculous demands, any coach worth their salt told them to get mumped and moved on to
greener more reasonable pastures.
Snyds is gonna have to strike it lucky with some young up and comers that don't know better if he's going to repeat the greatness that we once had when we had an entire staff of guys who were worth keeping. Even that, I'm afraid, will be tough as I think his reputation precedes him in coaching circles, and there are just better jobs out there to be had.
The other possible scenario is that we bring in a guy who is willing to try to handle it... either a new (to Snyder) coach like Koenning or a rehire like Levitt. But even then that's just one guy when we need more of an energy injection into our program that that. Ah well.
