The rowhouse. I ate there and then bluestem in KC. Bluestem's chef keeps getting James beard nominations. It was very good, but rowhouse was just as good at half the cost. No idea how Topeka got so lucky

Heard nothing but good things about that place.  And its kind of an insidery thing.  Never see/hear ads for it.

Ate at Taco Casa on Monday.  Topekians, please give me your thoughts.

Which one? there are 2 Taco Casa's in Topeka.  They are different restaurants w/ different owners.  6th and Washburn, 29th and Arrowhead (Next to the old Swensons!!)

used to eat at the elite 6th/wash location at least once a week for a good five years. that one on arrowhead (wherever that is) sounds like complete garbage. sorry lsoc.
