What is the relationship between Texas Assault and DC Assault?

i don't believe there is any personal connection.  just a national parent structure like spiece/gym rats or pump bros.

That's what I figured.  DC assault doesn't have anything about them on their website (though they don't update it often), and Texas Assault doesn't have a website at all that I found.

most AAU team sites remind me of mid 1990's era Geocities crap

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

As long as there is no co-ed scrimmage and we can get more than 2000 fans to show up, I'm for it.

Two big IF'S there I know, but they can be done.

it's a friday night w/ no football game the next day. i don't think it'll be that bad. these things have been bad for the last twenty years because who in their right mind would want to show up and watch pero and joe leonard dribble basketballs off their feet while arguing over whether or not peros head could hold two of joes or which one gets to sleep w/ asbuys girlfriend in the house on the 1000 block of humboldt. it's different this year. the basketball is decent and people are excited. they just need to market it now. not holding my breath on that last part.

i was the very first person at the very first midnight madness at bramlage. true story. a friend of mine's mom works/worked at bramlage and we walked in w/ her a good hour or two before they opened the doors. picked out our spot in the chairbacks. thought we were going to be super cool fantastic. then when they let all the people/students in, they came rushing through the doors on the student/non chairback side and we were all "crap. guess we chose the wrong side. it's pretty lame all the way over here." then we moved to where the action was but we were stuck off the side and in like the fifteenth row instead of front row center.
