I'm a big fan of the tears on the face, or maybe a picture of you or the wife on the baby's bicep (if it's a boy), if it's a girl put a cute flower on the top of her foot or the ankle

Should definitely start working on a full sleeve. By the time (s)he hits pre-k, the sleeve will be complete and all the little kids will know who runs crap on the playground.

Sidenote- I know this chick that is currently trying to get her baby's ear pierced. The boy is like a month old. So far, every place has turned her down. You would think she would get the picture, but she hasn't. By the time that kid is 15, he's going to wish he had been aborted.

Buncha tear drop tattoo noobs in this thread. You can't just give someone a tear drop tattoo, they have to earn it. So, until this baby does some wet work, no tear drop tattoo for him/her. If that baby has already got wet, I am sorry baby, please don't hurt me.
