Is Capel on the "hot seat"?  I would say so, but I don't know the desire OU has to be good at basketball (plus I know they like cheating, A LOT).

Part of coaching is managing egos. It appears Capel is pretty terrible at it; doesn't matter if you get great talent if you can't get them to play hard or play together.
