I don't know what I did last night while asleep, but I woke up with a murderous neck cramp, and it is really bothering me.

Had a neck cramp for like a week, about a month ago. Now it's more like some sort of pinched nerve in my shoulder/neck. I would recommend alternating advil with tylenol.

I have an unbelievable remedy for these (also stiff neck). You will have neck cramps no more with this quick fix.

fat greasy people get neck cramps from having to sit at their pc's all day since pc's take forever to do things with.

i know a great neck doctor who told me he's never had a Mac user as a patient.
