Yeah, well have you at least measured it?  I mean, it might not be as long as you think/have been telling people.

i like going to the grocery store. you can easily walk around for a good hour or so just looking and stuff and buying some of it and not buying some of it and people watching and not people watching/talking. not sure what's not to like there.

do you guys branch out and try stuff you've never had or just stick with what works? i always try to buy at least one item that i've never had before.

Do you guys ever find an item that you've never had but looks amazing and you buy, like, a ton of it and are all  :emawkid: but then you try it and hate it and you are left with a ton of it and you have to give it to the food bank?  I do this a lot.

Grocery store doesn't bother me that much.
But going and getting my hair cut does, I don't have a normal "place or barber" that I go to. So the person that is cutting my hair always asks about the same 5 questions, I don't know if they give out index cards at cosmetology school or if they are all that boring?. Its much like getting together with relatives you don't like, after the small talk there is nothing left to do but wait until its all finished.
I probably need to find a "go to" place. Although I do like the mystery of not knowing if the person cutting my hair is going to do a great job or not, gives me something to gloat or bitch about.

Biggest issue for me is the danger of hungry shopping.  The difference in money spent per trip when hungry vs. non-hungry is easily $50 - $60.  Most of this is spent on crap I don't need or shouldn't eat.

I know this about myself, yet every once in a while I still hungry-shop.
