Satchel is the kind of prospect that can carry a whole team.  oscar needs to sack up and make this happen.

Set you minimum qualifications for a stud boss.  What's the cutoff?

We are not getting an elite "recruit" in this class, we still could get a very good player.  :dunno:

I'm asking you personally.  Use your words to describe your baseline legit stud boss player objectively.  Top fifty?  Any four star?  Go.

A player that ends up as a 1st team all conference performer. So either a top 15 recruit or a 4 star that gets better every year until he hits an elite level.  :dunno: Their are studs NBA prospects that are never college basketball studs, I don't want those type of players.  For example I don't want Leonard Myers, his talent out weighted his production.

I don't have a specific kid in mind, but I want a kid that in a year or so will be announced before the team name.

For example:  "don't miss tonight's match up of Rodney McGruder and his Wildcats against the (insert some paroled drug kid without support system) and the Kansas Jayhawks"

Our team doesn't have that name right now.

Meyers Leonard Stat Summary:

Season   GP   MPG   PPG   FG%   3FG%   FT%   APG   RPG   BPG   SPG
2011-12   32   31.8   13.6   58.4   9.1   73.2   1.3   8.2   1.9   0.5
2010-11   33   8.2   2.1   48.3   0.0   70.6   0.2   1.2   0.4   0.2

He would have been outstanding last year had he stayed.  He also would have been much more productive not being wasted his freshman year by oscar and then being coached his sophomore year by oscar on a shitsack oscar team.  oscar doesn't do crap for big men.  He doesn't know how to best utilize them and he doesn't know how to develop them.

my cutoff for a legit studboss is to have him be a top 3 freshman in the B12, and second team all b12 or better, all b12'r his sophmore year and then NBA after his jr year.

I think this is the most appropriate place to post this. UW is doing UW things over on GPC right now, pretty pissed that they aren't covering basketball recruiting, and pretty pissed that his sad life that allows him to scour the interwebs for recruiting nuggets isn't being appreciated, pretty  :bwpopcorn:

He should come back here.  Tell him that this place has calmed down and he can basically have his position back.

It has calmed down till basketball starts up again, or until we sign another Orris.
