my thing on capel is that he is completely vanilla.  the most boring coach in the league in terms of bball philosophy.  he has to have talent to win (like anyone, but even more with capel, cause he's not going to do anything unconventional).  but he's shown he can get talent.  in a couple years, once the detritus from last year clears and the talent level builds back up, they'll be good.

I knew it was going to be rough but not this rough.  If we continue to try to make Cade rough ridin' Davis into a star focused amazing player this team will be lucky to win 10 games this year.  rough ridin' unacceptable.   

Seems like everytime Capel hit the rock bottom he gets some dynamite (his shitastic coaching ability) to blow a hole into it so he can keep digging.
