My bro grows sweet potatoes.  He grew one bigger than a football last year.  We made yams with it last Tgiving for 12 people and only used half of it.

Brown also has a really good recipe for green bean casarole on there.  Amazing how much better it is when you use fresh green beans and mushrooms vs the canned stuff.  And the fresh onion deal are money.

OT OT:  Do you consider Boston Cream Pie a pie or a cake?  It's called pie but, I don't know, it just seems more cakey.

Cooked a turkey on the Big Green Egg today. 12 lbs went for 5.5 hours at around 200-250 degrees. Hickory and mesquite chips.

This sounds amazing. I'll be over after I get done eating my 2nd Thanksgiving meal.

All the guys in my family started this thing where we mix our stuffing with our mashed potatoes, and it's phenomenal. I highly recommend it when you start thinking about dry your turkeys, rolls, etc. are.
