wade davis, over his past 8 and a 3rd innings, has allowed 27 baserunners and 15 runs. of those 27 baserunners, 7 were walks.
"I started calling him John during the game, cause he was rocking it like No. 7 -- like Elway," Harper said."

Damn, Ned. Will you never learn? You really do have a bullpen with some long relief guys.

Ned needs to realize that when your pitcher is barely hanging on thanks to great defense, that it is alright to take him out before he gets completely rocked and the game gets out of hand.  That and playing frenchy everyday is why this team isn't making the playoffs.

ned and frenchy are dayton's boys. that's why this franchise is effed until dayton waves goodbye.

Ned is a bad manager.  But there are lots of bad strategic managers.  Most are awful.  Only great one is joe madden.

As long as Hos and Mous are busts, the franchise is effed.

I'm getting pretty tired of watching a pitcher go out there and slowly struggle and Ned leaves him out there to work through it and then before you know it the ball sails over the wall and the game is over.

We have a fantastic bullpen, use it, Ned.  :shakesfist:

I'm just really bummed about how poorly Davis has pitched in the last few games.  He has struggled mightily with his command which has resulted in high pitch counts early in games as well as more runs allowed.  He has the ability to be a good pitcher if he would just throw strikes to get ahead of hitters.   :frown:

More like Wade Davies amirite?

Also, Moose has been better lately.

Like, by not spiking himself and/or only committing one game losing error per game?

I mean, after a horrible slump to start the season he's hit in his last few games. He's finally not a totally wasted at bat.

Once it was obvious we'd lose last night, I really wanted Butler's infield hit to be our only one.

Does anyone follow the Dodgers official twitter account? Amazing. They troll as hard as any professional franchise I've ever seen (except the LA Kings, but I suspect the same person runs both accounts).
