The nature of the game; the Royals only had 4 hits. It was the first time they've ever won a game with only 4 hits while the opponent had 8 or more.

I didn't think we had a chance after soria blew another save.

Yup, after Soria blew it I gave us about a 1% chance of winning. You cannot have Dyson, Getz and Escobar in the lineup at one time, that is a vortex of suck.

Fun game to watch tonight.

This series vs NY plus the next 10 games will be a pretty good test.

3 at Detroit
2 at home vs Indians
2 at home vs Rangers
3 at home vs Cardinals

The top of the KC rotation is still insanely bad so I'm not sure how long they can keep overcoming that. Either way this team is way more fun to watch than any Royals team I can remember in recent past.

Just heard that the Royals have the lowest payroll in the majors. Seems like maybe they would be in the market for a quality starter later in the season, if they are still in contention.

Duffy and Montgomery will be up within a couple months. Legit front of the rotation starters. Their ERA's are hovering around 2.00 right now.

HoChaser has been fairly solid.

Watching Kyle Davies waste his god-given talent is one of the hardest things about being a Royals fan right now.
