I agree with all three statements.

Lots of teams do something similar to what we did and don't win the Series. Some don't even make the playoffs.

The last three seasons have been memorable to me, because I rediscovered my love for the game. I had drifted after the last strike. So I am glad I got back to it the year before they went to the WS, and then to win it last year...memorable is correct.

Unpopular Opinion: Royals need to rebuild. Wade absolutely needs to be traded less we get stuck with another broken closer with nothing in return. Look into returns for Hos, Cain, Hoch, Volquez, Esky. It would be a PR hit but would speed up the inevitable rebuild.

With Dozier crushing it down in AAA, we're pretty stacked at 3B. There's one position we can ship off on.

I dunno. Cuthbert is about a replacement level player. Dozier has done well but had struggled in the years leading up to this. Moose looked great in the early stages of this year, but remember he has put together exactly one full season of above average hitting in his career.

Maybe some team will give us something for Mondesi? Escobar probably has negative trade value. It's really just relievers that have much value outside of our stars

I'm not there yet. Making the playoffs is still within reason that becoming sellers right now isn't something I can get on board with.

I don't see us rebuilding now when we have Gordon/Salvy/Kennedy/Soria/Ventura/Infante on the books in 2018 for a combined $62 million. Paying 40ish percent of our salary for what is likely one quality player won't cut it in a small market. Our window is this year and next.
