The location was fine. He was just sitting on a FB with count 2-0 and was swinging at anything that was a strike. I've seen Hos do this several times and rip the ball.

The Cards tried to give us the game with their errors, but we only got the 1 run in that 10th.

Esky did get the run home 2 out of 3 times from 3rd with 1 out. Had that been 1 out of 3 I would have been upset too.

Now Gordo on the other hand.... 7-58 now with Runners on base for the year. Now I'm ok with him hitting #2 right now....but those numbers gotta get better with Whit getting on base a lot from the Leadoff spot.
