As far as Yordano goes. Its like Gordon, we can't trade him right now because there's no value. I can see a scenario, in fact a pretty likely one, where we trade him in the offseason but right now we have no starting pitching depth, and he IS capable of pitching well. He just had his 2 best starts of the season before the suspension.
For the first time though, I'm allowing myself to see that perhaps a change of scenery is what he needs long term. I dunno. Maybe a move to the NL next year would be good for him. My desire is for him to succeed in KC, but that's becoming harder to see on a macro level.
