Needed that type of inning. Young pitcher was feeling pretty good with that curve the first 3 innings. Shook him up in that inning.

Now Gee needs to bear down and give us 2 more innings.

Yep. I was 50/50 on whether he should start the 5th. After a solid single by Mauer, I was pissed he left him in to face another batter

ned yost doesn't give a crap about this team. if he did, gee wouldn't have been on the mound today. as it is, yost has things on cruise control after winning the world series and is just coasting to retirement. it's sickening, yost should be fired tonight when the team returns to KC and his bobbleheads should all be burnt to a crisp.

Exactly who was gonna start?

Gee gave up 3 hits in 5 Innings vs NY after CY struggled. 5 days later he made the 1st of 2 starts.
15.2 innings in his last 3 outings and only 1 was a bad inning (gave up 3 runs 6th inning). 10 hits 2 walks 2 runs in the other 15.0 innings

Today, he wasn't good at all

It's getting old pissing away the 3rd game of a 3 game series.

If we lose ( like the Boston one) then that's fine.... But we seem to just give away runs (today) or the offense trips all over themselves (Cleve and WhiteSox 1 run losses)

it's ridiculous how our fans justify mediocrity. we're getting our asses handed to use by the worst team in baseball and some of you just accept it like it's OK. and here we go with Wang on the mound.
