in 2015 it didn't matter quite as much because the royals were just better all around:

under 4: 71 times, 21-50 (.296)

so far 2016 feels like 2014:
4 or more: 11 times, 11-0 (1.000)
under 4: 8 times, 1-7 (.125)

_FAN, think about how amazing 2015 was. When the royals scored fewer than 4 runs, they still won almost 30% of the time. that is insane.
for comparison:
when royals OPPONENTS scored fewer than 4 runs, opponents won less than 16% of the time.
Royals held their opponents under 4 runs 83 times, and the royals won 70 of those games. pretty fantastic

Yep MoCat, scoring 4+ runs is still a key factor in us winning games.  I'm sure its important for other teams too, but not a win % of 83.2 from 14-16'.  That's almost exactly winning 5 of every 6 games.
