Former 7th pick lefty that had good jumps every year till they reported he started feeling his labrum pain in 2014. I don't see any negatives as long as they didn't throw too much money at him. Labrums can be brutal though.

my biggest takeaway from today's signing is that the Royals are just swimming in cash. they are just throwing money around.

Yeah, 6 mil over two years isn't much. If the mutual option 3rd is picked up it means he has healed great and has been balling for two years and the Royals are still contenders so I'm good with 10 mil there.
