Davis will just stand there. It's fine guys.

i'm not worried about him hurting himself or anything.  i just think that when you add in the cost of forfeiting an out to the equation of keeping davis optimized for tomorrow's game that it would have been better to trust herrera to do what he does.

I don't agree. Winning this game was more important. Worst case we go home up 3-2.

none of that makes any sense, liblib.  you're prolly drunk.

you don't have to just switch pitcher for pitcher, you can switch him with any position in the field.  so if you do two subs you can put the pitcher in a different batting spot

i liked the idea about letting the batter advance on wild pitches better.

i bet it would produce a lot of doubles with catchers making wild throws to first in a hurry

This is the most important game of rhe series. You bring in Davis and keep him in.

of course winning the game is more important than anything.  how often does herrera get a clean inning to start and give up two runs?  he's good too.

a fast runner maybe could get to third.   :excited:

i like the shift where you move the third baseman to the right side and leave the short at short better.

The entire point of the Royals is that baseball is a hard game and if you make your opponent do things, sometimes they will screw up

this is well stated.  teams are too passive.  even the royals are, but they are much less passive than most.
