How amazing is Ben Zobrist?

he's playing his way to a paycheck higher than the royals will be willing to pay.  so it sucks to know bird poison is leaving but it's great because he could win us the world championship.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

I bet this thread was great last night.  I'm exhausted, friends.  The crowd was the quietest I've seen it in the playoffs, and I'm going to blame the weather.  So glad we got that win, hopefully we can get #2 tonight!

AppleJack - Ben Zobrist is super human amazing.

the only guys who went last night who can't go today are Volquez, Herrera, and Young

tonight first out of the pen will be Medlen, then Hoch

if cueto is good, he'll pitch 7 or 8.  if he's horrible, it'll be medlen, but we'll prolly already be out of the game, so who cares.

Volquez, in turn, was grateful for the Royals' support and the victory. He sent a text to shortstop Alcides Escobar, who led off the game with an inside-the-park home run and scored the winning run in the 14th. The text from Volquez, Escobar reported, said: "Thank you guys for winning the game for me and my family."

Royals Stolen Base Times, 2015
Runner    Timed Attempts    Average Time (sec)
Jarrod Dyson    14    3.49
Alex Rios    6    3.66
Lorenzo Cain    14    3.74
Alcides Escobar    11    3.79
Alex Gordon    6    3.93

unfortunately gore and orlando didn't have enough timed attempts to make the list.  i'd love be able to combine rios' jumps and orlando's speed.

i'd like to know esky's time from 2014.
