I have a feeling this baby is totally royal and he'll know what's best for him, if he wants to have a life without scrutiny.

it's not a baby yet though, just a fetus.  you can't trust a fetus to understand the importance of a world series.

Apparently Mondesi is the 2nd fastest in the system behind Gore, so shouldn't be too much of a drop off and gives us fetus/baby protection.

Ned is gonna double-switch the Mets faces in half.

I really liked Mondesi's dad when he was with the Dodgers.  He is currently the mayor of San Cristobal, DR.  He has two sons that played pro ball, Raul Mondesi Jr who played minor league baseball for a bit, and our own Raul Adelberto Mondesi.

In summation, Raul Mondesi has two sons both named Raul Mondesi.

Mondesi could be the first player in MLB history to debut in the World Series.  :surprised:

What are the Royals stats against hard-throwing right handers this season?  Do we crush them?   :ohno:

Don't remember the stat I saw yesterday on TV but it was something along the lines as we have the best avg (.295?) against 95+ mph pitching.

Yeah, they said that on 810 yesterday. Also, Mets Pitching staff is #1 in K's, but the Royals are like #1 in not receiving K's at the plate.
