They were complacent for a month to end the season and it carried over.

This game, if we lose, was about not that replay. Gordon/Hosmer/Cain/Morales/Zobrist have to drive the offense, and they haven't. That's why we're losing. 3 runs shouldn't be shutting us down

Royals plate discipline cost them this game. It's OK when they make contact but two hits. Rios, Escobar and Cane struck out on the same curve down and out of the zone in succession.
