So, would a 4 game winning streak be considered heating up for the playoffs?

they've heated up too soon.   :frown:

Be nice if Archer can pitch like an All Star tonight.  He got lit up last week vs Jays

Go Rays!

assuming the angels go ahead and finish losing today, i believe i'm going to root for toronto today and tomorrow, and if necessary, against kansas city tomorrow.  i do not prefer that they play houston.

maybe.  i'm still considering.

i mean, nyy is by far my 1st preference, and houston isby far my least preferred option.  but do i root for the 50% nyy/50% houston or root for the sure thing with texas.  i don't know, i just don't know.

Posse stat of today....

Bad last start vs Jays, but Archer first 4 starts against them in 2015..... 29 Inn 12 Hits 3 EP (earned pts)

Keuchel has 2 light out starts vs NYY this year. 1 of those in NY.  He hasn't been a great road pitcher this year (3.77 ERA)

I would still favor NY in that WC game, despite the Yanks not having success vs him.

Lorenzo Cain says the bone bruise on his knee will affect him for three to four weeks. He plans to grind it out through playoffs.
