Im scouting the jays on TBS right now.  That illegal pitcher is throwing.

based on my elite scouting skills, i'm gonna predict that everyone can bask in a 3.0 game lead this afternoon.

i'm basing that prediction on the observation that tanaka is killing fools.

Tanaka is looking good and dickey got smacked around through 4 so I'm hopeful.

So at the end of the day, we're 2.5 games ahead of the Blue Jays. Tulowitzki has been diagnosed with a fractured left scapula and upper back muscle bruising. Unknown when he'll be back.

LBBIQ had to look up what the hell the "scapula" was.

Jays now hoping that Tulowitzki can return in 2-3 weeks.

Tanaka is looking good.

he's going to throw a 5th-7th inning no hitter.  one of the great moments of yankee's history.

btw, how did the yankees score four runs on three hits?  crazy, but i guess they must have been pounding that short porch.

It was a sac fly clinic.  A Rod head first play at the plate with lots of fist pumping.

Was it not revealed earlier when Moose took a leave of absence that it was because of his mother's death?

Royals think Johnny's been tipping his off-speed pitches but has cured the glitch. I guess we'll see tonight.

I don't think so, which is pretty great.

his leaves of absence were to visit his dying mother.

i was kinda wondering about that - especially since his troubles seem to have centered on the one pitch, the cutter.  although i don't know if a cut fastball is considered an off-speed pitch or not.

if it is that he was tipping his pitches, it took them long enough to figure it out.  i mean four different teams figured it out quickly enough to hit the crap out of him and the royals couldn't see it?

Yeah. Tipping pitches seems like a BS excuse for sucking.
