The "there has to be clear and convincing evidence" argument doesn't work. Nothing was clear enough on Cain's replay at home to overturn.

This is true. Winning this game isn't a big deal. The big deal is when this crap happens in a playoff game. And I'm not talking about a bad review call. I'm talking about that "Inconsistency"
