I can't get over the fact that Wacky talked crap on Cain, got called out, claimed he was trolling, then went to bed without seeing a Royals win even though he doesn't have work tomorrow. He really should be banned from this thread.
So many divas in this thread last night. Sheesh.

ESPN's strike zone is super annoying.  I wouldn't mind it on replays, but during every pitch makes it too distracting.  Reminds me of the hockey puck tracers.

you know what's great? getting a sold 8 hours of sleep, then waking up and seeing the Royals won. Then reading twitter from the middle of the night. Then watching the vids on mlb dot com.

wow.

If I had stayed up to watch, I wouldn't have been able to fall asleep because of my nerves. I'm happy with my decision and the outcome.

It felt pretty great staying up and getting less than 5 hours of sleep. After we won. :D

ESPN was freaking out last night because the Yankees set a club record for the fastest they have ever gotten to 20 wins (32 games).

I put toddler dobber to bed at about 9:00 and fell asleep in his bed. I woke up at 11:00 or so and they were getting ready to roll the tarp off (psych), but that 2 hour nap was easily enough to keep me awake until the end. I didn't fall back asleep until after 2:30 because I was so pumped. Amazing that the Tigers didn't push a single run across in the 9th or 10th.

I was so jacked I couldn't sleep for another 2 hours after the W.  Well worth it but my heart can't take those last two innings very often.

Outside of getting a W, Holland getting through that was huge.  Seemed like he was playing head games with himself last night.  I don't want to think about how that loss could have negatively affected his psyche moving forward.
