Guys, I think its probably best that we don't go 162-0, I mean, Kentucky couldn't handle it. I'd rather lose a time or 2 and get it out of the way.

Nah, the playoffs aren't single elimination like March Madness is. No way Kentucky loses a best of 7 series in March Madness. Let's just win them all.

you better get ready. if we win today (day game, after traveling from CA, losing two hours, Twins opening day) then we aren't losing a single game all damn year.

Well, we're winning today no matter what because the Twins just don't have enough talent to beat us under any circumstance.

Quote
In the past 100 years, just 43 teams, including the 2015 Royals and Tigers, have started the season 6-0. The average record of those teams comes out to a .565 winning percentage. Over a 162-game season, that’s 92 wins.

Well our 162 W's this year is going to distort that stat slightly.

I'm hoping our guy Duffy bounces back nicely from his last performance.

Also, Detroit down 5-1 in 7th.   :peek:

Lebo is kinda the anti-BITB, very grounded in reality.

even when the Royals were bad I never had the desire to watch a T Bones game. I've never been.

Yeah, I had a lot of former employers take us to games there. That's the only reason I would go. Well, Ken Harvey and $1 beers too.

On who will be the last undefeated team standing?  Absolutely.  I'm having fun so take your negative attitude somewhere else.

Go Royals!

if the royals win today, they're won't give the central lead up all year.  so you may as well celebrate.

I guess there's a little joy in being the last undefeated team, but not much.

you can say what you will about his ribs, shoulder and pitch count, but dick duffy grows a nice healthy beard.
