I'm legitimately thinking about getting a Guthrie jersey. I'll probably try to get Ned Yost to autograph it. The Royals are doing weird things to me.

How did Lorenzo Cain describe Kelvin Herrera's at-bat? One word. "Hilarious." #Royals

Yost knew what he was doing, he was just trying to lighten the mood in such a big game.

Can we use HDH every game from here on out? Serious question. Don't know how much rest they need.

i don't see how they could use herrera tomorrow, even though yost said he might and we saw today that he is tempted to use him in situations where it is absolutely Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) to use him.

they can use davis and holland, but if you look at some stats, they are way better when rested than when pitching the day after they pitched.  they won't be the same.

I have no recollection of anything after the game until I woke up this morning. Everything was cleaned up though at my house. J-Dub is truly a terrific pal.
