Hey everyone - I have champagne in the fridge ready to go. What does everyone think of that?

Or if it is at the k, everyone could just go to Arrowhead and watch the game on the jumbotron.

Gonna win 'em all!

If its a WC tiebreaker with Oakland, will it be Monday in KC and when will the game be played? The Chiefs are on MNF, correct?

I can't think of a scenario where we'd have a home tiebreaker game. Maybe if there is a 3 way tie for the WC spot, they'd have 1 tie breaker game before the WC game?

You should always have this in your fridge.

I plan on Friday popping bottles with the Roys. Don't feel like it will happen tonight.

I would imagine if there were a tie breaker game at the K Monday they'd schedule it for like 2 PM or something. It would still be a mess though.

yeah, they were going over all the scenarios on the radio this morning and half of them were wrong and the other half will not happen.

were going to win/tie the 1st wildcard and get a home game WC on tuesday against the As.

I'm confident with James on the mound that the Royals will do their part and get a win, though Quintana has pitched very well lately for the Sox.

Seattle vs Toronto will be interesting. Toronto is starting a Sept call up who has only pitched in the pen so far and is expected to pitch 3-4 innings at the most. Seattle is also starting a bullpen guy who is making his 2nd spot start of the season and in that one he only pitched 4 innings.

Was just reading the Royals thread on ksufans and I predicted 82-80 in 2009.  We went 65-97.  We've earned 2014.  Just need to win the wildcard game.

In 2007 I was "hopeful" for 75 wins. Sheesh.
