i was really nervous because even though herrera never gives up runs, sometimes he does give up a hit.

question for the big train or maybe other smart baseball posters - would it eff with herrera's rhythm or something to pitch a second inning?  obviously pitch countwise, he'd be fine for it.

Me too. It's a lot of fun. Honestly I'm not jazzed about KSU football yet and probably won't be until Auburn. So this is a lot of fun. :D

I'd rather see us score a bunch in the 7th and have Ned give us a look at Finnegan in the 8th. It would have to be a big bunch, though.

I think he'd be fine to go out for the 8th. I'll defer to TBT though.

i dont think it would, if he would have walked someone or gave up an infield hit or something no, but he's used to pitching an inning, that was basically a couple more bullpen reps

wouldn't they maybe rather keep him under wraps so the advance scouts can't see him?  seems like the young pitchers' only real advantage is that no one knows how they like to pitch.

let's go back up by 1.5, guys. let's do it.

i wish they'd just list it as 1.  i don't like them teasing us with those three outs.

i like the psychological advantage it gives us. like, yeah, we probly won't pull that one out.. but what if..  :D

it's still an extra half game that the idiot tigers have to make up until we've definitely lost it.

then they should do that.  give at least one of the big  3 the night off.

It's great that Ned let that little leaguer run for Billy and even greater that Texas let him score on an error.
