You guys noticed this bus moves a little faster now that J-Dub and mocat got off? Plus its nice to have Stevesie control the radio, mocat's little "Oh you have the hiccups? I have the PERFECT song for that" and J-Dub wanting Thunder road on repeat was getting a little old.

"Turn Down For What" on repeat.

Yea, Stevesie was probably a better choice to control the radio.  :don'tcare:

Yanks beat Detroit. We gained a half-game on the Tigers for the division, but the Yanks moved a half in front of us for the Card.

Need to sweep the D-Backs. Goldschmidt is now out for the season, so they're weaker today than they were last week.

BTW. Would you rather have Kirk Gibson or Ned Yost?

Hint: Kirk has a division title. Ned got fired in September when he was chasing one with the Brewers.

Unlike Ned I'm able to jettison a couple of talented but overrated players once they stop contributing to the team. My loyalty is to the royals.

Love the feeling when I see my bros back on the bandwagon. Fasten your safety belt this time, so you won't fall off when the road gets a little bumpy. There is bound to be some rough terrain ahead. Pedal to the metal.

If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Question? Who was at their last home game on this board? Answer: WC08, the greatest KC fan on this entire board.

nicname my head tells me this team is too flawed offensively, and we'll end up about 3 or 4 games over .500 and home. But we're close. Too close for me to step away. Close enough that with a few lucky breaks, we might experience something special. Haven't we had enough bad luck to have earned the right to some good luck? And in a 1 game playoff, who knows, anything can happen.

I'm cautiously hopeful.
