Guys, big time decision here. Should I get a royal blue Royals shirt or baby blue? Well I'll tell you one thing, if the price is right I'll just get one of each. That's how you go from being a small market team to being bigger than the Yankees, so I'm just doing my part. I hope all of you are, too. I'd hate it (for you) if I was a bigger Royals fan than all of you by the end of the season, which I'm well on pace to do.

Look, if someone is too much of a battered wife to enjoy this era of royals baseball, that's fine. But don't tell someone who is happily in love that "he's just gonna beat you" because you stayed in an abusive relationship for decades.

If you are so scarred from the royals of that past that you can't enjoy this, please stop trying to bring down the people that are enjoying it. That's all I'm saying.
