If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

bones129 more like boner129:

I am optimistic about this year's version of the Royals, as long as Ned learns how to handle a bullpen, especially in the middle innings. As far as the late innings go, I cringed last night when Phys said that Wade Davis would likely be the 8th innning guy. Wade needs to go.

 :D

mocat aka the LHC Bill Snyder of 8th inning relievers:

Ned didn't do anything wrong Monday you weirdos. Shields cruising, leave him in. 2 straight guys on base at 105 pitches, yank him. Wade Davis has proven (in TB) that he thrives in the 8th inning setup spot. Yanked appropriately. Holland gives up hit, what can you do?

 :gocho:

Davis is far and away the best 8th inning option the Royals have right now, are you guys being for serious or no?

 :gocho:

Easy there, mocat...Wade wasn't hell on wheels last season and he wasn't coming into this season. That said, he's a killer now and has been for weeks, and I've been singing his praises ever since he became the killer he is now.  :)

Wade needs to go.

Yeah, sorry Bones. Wade has been a killer all season, not just weeks. I'm not sure if he's taken the lead over the NYY reliever, but he's 1st or 2nd in Ks in relief this season. It's actually ridiculous how well he's pitched. Wade most definitely does not need to go. If anything, Collins needs to go.

March 27 post, tho. My opinion then was based on his mediocre 2013 season. He's been awesome this season, a very pleasant surprise and turnaround.

did you guys see gordon and how pissed he was for fouling back and missing the first couple of pitches? like he threw his bat down he was so mad and then wammo a big fly. guy has some zeal thats for sure

I was about 10 rows behind the dugout last night. All three HRs were great to watch - especially Moose's as I had just BOOOOOOd him instead of MOOOOOOSEing. I'll gladly heckle him every game if it means he takes a walk and hits a HR every game while continuing to play above avg defense.

Side note: does anyone know why he still has that Miley song as his walk up diddy? A person I went to the game with said that he didn't care what his song was and let some teammates pick. Whoever chose it did a great job...he's basically the Miley of MLB.

you dont get to boo someone and then come talk about how cool his HR was. buy in or get out, SPEloser.

I "get" to do whatever I want when it comes to my personal fandom. I have been to 8 games already this season, spent more than $60 in beer and food at each game, and have made a few purchases in the fan shop. I've done my part and then some. If I want to yell a BOOOO that blends in with the sea of patronizing MOOOOSE yells and then cheer when our "can't miss" guy smacks one off the foul post, I'll do it.

Get a life, BBS Nazi.
