So he signs with the Braves for the same amount the Royals offered as their qualifying offer? And the best he can say is he wanted to "try" the NL? Looks like Dayton meant it when he said the answer was "within" the Royals' roster.

Guess it makes sense. If he wasn't going to stay in KC might as deal with Moore's old club. They still get the draft pick right?

In the "compensatory round," which follows the first round, the Royals get a pick.

Royals look good tonight. Spring training means nothing but Ventura looks good and Moose is smashing the ball.

Also I'm not usually a fan of green SPD alternatives but our guys look sharp.

Also, moose rough ridin' mashed the ball last night. His timing looks so much better.
