If I remember correctly, Mike Boddicker also thought that last year's team was going to finish 10 games under .500 and 4th in the division.

fwiw Robb Heineman will be on with BITB on 810 at 5 and they are going to ask him among other(SKC/MLS related) things about his ownership group buying the Royals. Apparently Glass came out and said he would be willing to sell the club to an ownership group for the right price if they made a long term contractual agreement to keep the Royals in KC.

Robb and Sporting Club would not go to the Glass family with an offer to buy, if the Glass family comes to ownership group they will listen.

Thoughts on Glass saying he is willing to sell the team: Sporting Club will always be there to listen, but not staying up at night hoping the call comes.

Robb not touching any speculative questions but says owners should be local.

BITB pushing for a 3rd party to put Sporting Club and the Glass family together for a dinner to make this happen.

Just moved to KC and was wondering if you can pick up Royals games with a regular antenna through a local station?  I've been without cable for a few months and haven't had the urge to go back, but I definitely need to find a way to see the Royals games.  I'd sign up for MLB.tv but I'm guessing that wouldn't work since I'm in the blackout area.
