yes. OP wants to redevelop that land. I seriously doubt the Royals move there but I am guessing OP is doing what it takes to get redevelopment going.

Eh, probably not....For me it is 100% weather dependent. If it's an awesome day, it's fun. If the weather sucks, it's not worth dealing with the parking/crowd IMO. If the weather is nice you should go since you have never been. It's a fun vibe.

Very excited for India! Think he will be a good player for us even better if this staff can take him to the next level

It's more like a fun event to get a free ticket to a corporate suite type deal and get blasted at noon with a big group, imo

i haven't missed one in 15 or so years. it is definitely a thing except the once every 5 years when it is 40 degrees.

As others have said it really depends on the weather. I've been once and it was a business deal type thing, it was fun but the weather sucked which kind of put a damper on it.

Cleveland just announced their streaming with MLBTV at $99 for the season. Wish the Royals would have dropped Bally or draft kings or whatever shitty service they will be on and did this. They are also using Amazon so I'll prob just go through there, but I have no idea if it will make any difference.
