yes. OP wants to redevelop that land. I seriously doubt the Royals move there but I am guessing OP is doing what it takes to get redevelopment going.

honestly OP should figure a way to give Corporate Woods to the Royals if they are coming to the burbs.  Shannon Valley Estates could become Wrigleyville Kauffyville
