He's 10 times worse than 2015 Rios
He's 3 times as bad for this team that Soria was for 16 team.

Just a poorly played game by Kc.
Double plays, base running blunder, having great chances the first 3 innings vs a Triple A pitcher...and getting 0 runs.  Then Vargie pitching well til the "E7" that gave Cleveland their first 2 runs.
