We had the lowest Ave, OPS, and Runs per game in all MLB for July

We also were 28th in ERA for the month. The bullpen was worse than the starters too.

When GB got a viscectamy (sp?) it was no big whoop. So he worked out 3 days later even though the MD said he needed to wait a week. Balls ballooned up enormous like and it sucked. I've got more like this fwiw. I'll drip them out like an IV.

Yes, improving the team's record in six consecutive seasons and going to back to back World Series is nothing short of lucky.

The remaining schedule is pretty soft and we'll probably settle in somewhere around 78 wins this year. DM did the right thing by not panicking at the deadline. For all we know he was shopping players but wasn't seeing the kinds of returns he wanted.
