Quote from: kslim on June 09, 2016, 09:32:01 AMIts hard to look at walks with guys that are called up. They want to show they can hit. Been like that since the beginning of timeActually its perfectly acceptable to expect major league baseball players to use walks as an offensive weapon. Btw youre an idiot if you think we arent getting hits. Hell we have outhit the orioles this series, like i said earlier we just cant hit with risp right now. I prefer to measure runs, instead of hit. I've been that way since the beginning of time. Quote from: Rage Against the McKee on June 09, 2016, 09:35:23 AMPaulo is batting .333, has world class speed, and has an OPS of .777. He does suck at fielding, though.you are currently watching Paulo regress to who he is as a player. If his BA is above .270 at the end of the year (assuming around 300-350 plate appearances) I will eat my hat.

I never said we weren't getting hits Plate discipline is what makes a career in the MLB. If you're striking out a lot, you better be averaging 30 bombs a year.
CF3, Paulo is a career .277 hitter

Quote from: sonofdaxjones on June 09, 2016, 10:41:44 AMWinning record, idiots!they do have a winning record grandpa. its not inconsistent to point out the team's problems but still assess where they are in the standings.
