It is amazing to me tho that people couldn't see instantly that a lineup with some combo of Merrifield, Cuthberth, Orlando, Dyson, Escobar, Butera, and a broken Morales would be bad.

Morales is a huge problem.

Most of those other guys Cfor3 listed have been great. Morales, Gordon, and starting pitching are the biggest problems this team has had.

I never said we weren't getting hits    Plate discipline is what makes a career in the MLB. If you're striking out a lot, you better be averaging 30 bombs a year.

Actually its perfectly acceptable to expect major league baseball players to use walks as an offensive weapon.

I prefer to measure runs, instead of hit. I've been that way since the beginning of time.

you are currently watching Paulo regress to who he is as a player. If his BA is above .270 at the end of the year (assuming around 300-350 plate appearances) I will eat my hat.
