I know it's an extremely small sample size but Rios' recent surge has given me hope that he can contribute in the playoffs.

same (as a platoon partner with dyson, not as the full-time starter), but i'm more encouraged by him not doing anything flagrantly bad on defense for a while.

It's too bad that MiLB doesn't have the same advanced stats that MLB does. I'm curious how often he steals when the base in front of him is open. It's probably much more often than 40%.
