I suppose you can afford more days off with a 10+ game lead.

They said they want Cuthbert to play more.

yeah, that's fine, rest him tons imo.  they usually don't start dyson vs lefties though.

so they're going to rotate zobsie around the infield, instead of the outfield, then?

Good question. I think he'll still mainly play left until Gordo gets back, but I like carrying Paulo over Cuthbert. Also, it's possible this week Ned will also give Esky and Omar a day off, so Paulo makes even more sense.

i guess he wouldn't have to play the infield.  two outfielders sitting on the bench is the same as an infielder and outfielder, except when there's an infield emergency.  and zobsie could shift if there was an injury.  it still kinda makes sense to me though.  be good to get the infielders some rest too.

Omar and Esky haven't had a day off since the All Star break. I'm guessing we'll see both off this week some time.

This is the 4th appearance in last 5 days for Herrera. I was concerned a bit when I saw he was pitching here in the 8th

he's been getting a lot of hard hit outs the last few appearances as well.

Wasn't completely his fault, we were playing Paulo in a lot. Similar to Cain with Goins last week.

Rios/Orlando combo hitting back to back delivers again, just like a few times last month.

And with Dyson's  productive day, all 3 OFs have done well with no Lo or Zo

nice at bat by dyson.  the walk doesn't really help, but you have to take it if that's all they give you.

Yes, but I think we have the luxury of being really, really cautious.

Also, I feel better about Madson after the last two days.
