the zobrist trade was garbage.  despite having a shaky starting rotation we're 23 games over 500, ride the guys that got us here for effs sake. we have plenty of utility guys and we've given up so many prospects now that anything less than a championship would be a huge disappointment.

True JGUTS story: a coworkers kid is at children's mercy for months with a life threatening condition. Guts stops by after a game late at night, brings the kid a game used hat and other stuff. Realizes the kid might want other autographs, and brings the hat back the next day signed by most of the team. Also brings signed homer game used bat and batting gloves.
